A Karen Day

Yesterday I had a Karen call my work phone. She went off for a good two minutes before I was allow to say one word. She continues to rant to be honest I had no clue what she was talking about. She was reaching my limit, so I kindly put the phone down press the mute button, and then the speaker button. She had my daughter and husband laughing their head off. Eventually I took a deep breath and started laughing as well. She would not shut up for 15 minutes straight. Finally I was allow to speak so I ask can I call you back? She Hung Up On Me.

Well Karen, tell them why you mad, tell them how you really feel!

Take a Knee

I take a knee, not because you want me to.

I take a knee, not because you ask me to.

I take a knee, not because of the solidarity of the protesters.

I take a knee, not in the name of racism.

I take a knee, not because of systemic racism, which has been going on for centuries.

I take a knee, not for the reasons you think.

I take a knee because I have some things to say.

I take a knee because it’s the only thing I can do.

I take a knee because it’s the right thing to do.

I take a knee because of what our God has done for me.

I take a knee because Jehovah gave his only begotten son to save our lives.

I take a knee in the name of the Son our Lord Jesus The Christ (Matthew 16:16, Luke 1:31-32).

I take a knee for this reason, no matter how much faith you put into man, he will always fail (Psalm 146:1-5).

I take two knees for the faith, hope, and love I have in God.
