What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?
My morning rituals depend on the night before. The start of the next morning can proceed in two directions. The first, if I was able to sleep with minor pain, then it would take 45 minutes to an hour to align my mind and body together. The second direction is the worst way. Sleepless night, tossing and turn, pain all over, and my mind and body are heading in different directions. My body feels like dead weight. My head feels puffy, my face is tight, and I can’t think straight. My cognitive state has checked out. I have to let my mental, physical, and emotional self work it out. My day will start later than usual.
Funny thing, I am in this mental and physical state right now. I slept for two hours last night. The struggle is real…
